• Managing, training, and coaching Research Assistants and department's interns on the day to day activities and duties
• Monitoring and controlling field processes to ensure credibility and accuracy of recommendation presented
• Managing and handling the research needs and requirements for various Retail Business groups (Electronics, Home Group, Financial Services, E-Commerce, Supply Chain, Travel, F&B, etc. )

• Supervising the field department and external agencies to ensure credibility of data provided to the Business Groups

• Assisted in various Retail Business Units accounts within Alghanim Industries (Electronics, Home Group, Financial Services, E-Commerce)
Scope of projects include: Mystery Shopping Program, Customer Satisfaction studies, Awareness Attitudes and Usage studies, Consumer Behavior, Monthly/Quarterly Trackers, Dipstick studies, Business Alignment Studies, Online market surveys and etc.
