1. Provide patient health teaching verbal and visual regarding food and nutrition issues.
2. Assess patient condition and nutrition problem. Design meal plan and educate patient and family members about the patient condition foods allowed and foods to be avoided according to patient condition.
3. Educate other health care provider on foods and nutrtiin issues..
4. Supervise dietary operation to assure safety of foods before handed to patient. Assure that patient on therapeutic diet will receive the exact food.
