As a Medical coder specialist, we are responsible for correct coding healthcare claims in order to obtain reimbursement from Insurance Companies and Government Healthcare programs. Using the UNICARE System, I assist patients by submitting their claim forms with ICD9 & ICD10 codes and wait until I got the approval from the Insurance companies with the use of E-Authorization. Reviewing and re-submitting the rejected claim forms to determine on how to get an approval for the same process in the future.
As an HR Assistant, I am supporting Human Resources processes by:
Substantiating applicant’s skills administering and scoring tests | Scheduling examinations by coordinating appointments | Welcoming new employees by conducting orientation | Providing payroll information by collecting time and attendance records | Submitting data reports by preparing and analyzing | Maintaining employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data | Providing secretarial support by entering, formatting and printing; organizing work; answering telephone; relaying messages | Keeping employee and HR information confidential | Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Keeping all HR records using HINAWI ERP Software.
