A contract position where I was involved in social development on behalf of the Stellar Multi-Estate, interacting with suppliers and their workers, monitoring working conditions, living conditions and general well-being of farm workers. I was involved with the subsequent audit inspection by Fair for Life - a global fair trade body which regulates and certifies the handling, operations and supply-chain procedures of its members.
