Responsibilities
• Performing Preventive maintenance of all HVAC equipment as per schedule.
• Replacing defective Fan motor/blower bearing of AHU, Package unit and split AC also defective compressors of Package unit and split AC.
• Ensure proper and normal operation of all facilities equipment and also monitor, update and interpret any abnormalities of all equipment.
• Attending and rectifying the client complaint.
• Do firefighting testing and Preventive maintenance of Firefighting.
Responsibilities
• Performing Preventive maintenance of all HVAC equipment as per schedule.
• Handles operation of all HVAC such as Carrier chillers, AHU, FAHU and FCU.
• Checked and maintained the environmental condition of the manufacturing and warehouse area.
• Handles operation and maintenance of machines such as autoclave, overwrapping, leak test and cartoning machine.
➢ Performing Preventive maintenance of all HVAC equipment as per
schedule.
➢ Handles operation of all HVAC such as York chillers, AHU, Package
unit, AHU, FCU, CCU, OAHU and split AC.
➢ Replacing Fan motor/blower bearing of AHU, Package unit also
replacing compressor of Package unit and split AC.
➢ Ensure proper normal operation of all equipment and also monitor,
update and interpret abnormalities of equipment.
➢ Attending and rectifying the client complaint.
➢ Performing Preventive maintenance of all HVAC equipment as per
schedule.
➢ Handles operation of all HVAC equipment such as trane chillers,
Kimukoh AHU’s, Liebert and carrier units.
➢ Handles operation of process cooling system serving at manufacturing
area.
➢ Handles operation of soft compressors such as atlas cop co
compressor.
➢ Handles operation of UPS such as Liebert emerson and MGE types.
➢ Ensure proper and normal operation of all equipment and also
monitor, update and interpret any abnormalities of all equipment.
➢ Checked and maintained the environment condition of manufacturing
Volleyball varsity player, Working student
