Managing the sales managers of 3 divisions of the company: Manned Security, Facilities management, Employee outsourcing / Executive search.
Staff are based in across the emirates of the UAE and are from a variety of background. Upon taking over the team, sales people sold only 1 service each and were under performing. Non performers were coached towards their targets and those unable to were replaced with carefully selected talent. The sales people now are currently trained to sell all 3 services in new and existing markets, enabling greater cross selling opportunities and are breaking new records each month.
I developed a customer retention program involving a systematic quarterly call to each client to gain their satisfaction levels and inform them of other services they were not using. Thus enabling growth in revenue from existing accounts and higher client retention.
I was involved in the sales process from lead generation, cold calling, client meetings, proposals & tenders, contracts, after sales customer support and problem solving with operations.
Setting up new offices for the company across the region, recruiting and then managing those employed towards company financial targets and greater objectives. Overseeing their sales performance of Executive search and Employee outsourcing. Involved in group strategy, planning and budgeting. Working as General Manager of existing companies of departed managers during the GFC: such as a training company, travel agency and 2 recruitment companies plus handling marketing activities and heading the group's award winning CSR program.
