Troubleshoots and maintain good condition of all injection moulding machines used in parts production line to ensure efficiency and productivity of all lines.
Act as team leader for all quality problems encountered in the production line.
Provides immediate countermeasures based on initial analysis to minimize recurrence of parts defect.
Apply FMEA tool to aid quality issues and provide optimal solution to zero out parts failure cost.
Ensure levelled judgment for all parts with quality defect/issues and on-time delivery of GOOD parts to main line of production.
Gathers data and create technical report for each quality problem.
Promotes safety work process and environment to all members in the production line.
