STRUCTURAL & ARCHITECHURAL DEPARTMENT
• Supervises all related work activities and assignment tasks being done on site
• Inspects all trades based on schedule work activity
• Evaluates and checks submitted billings of sub-cons / suppliers based on their actual accomplishment
• Identifies alternative solutions to solve the cause of delay in target schedule and problems related to work activity
• Interprets/executes plans based on contract and specifications
• Furnishes subcontractors the plans/details needed; informing them of the changes or additive/deductive work on site
• Coordinates the requisition, issuances, and timely delivery of required materials on site
• Ensures proper stockpiling of materials and safekeeping of the company-owned equipment/tools
• Carry out trial mixes, maintain and update design mixes; and amend concrete batches due to fluctuation of moisture content mostly of raw materials
• Performs inspection, witness examination and test relevance to work item leading to acceptance
• Verifies that Quality Certification records and reports are accurate, complete, legible, and traceable
• Be present on site when work is in progress in his/her area of coverage. Ensures all concern personnel are in place
• Implements all environmental, health and safety rules as well as security regulations within his area assignment
• Prepares all documents as such schedule of work, deliveries, quantity estimates, transmittal, daily accomplishments, material monitoring, and updates of plan for revisions
• Monitors the preparation and accomplishments concerning punchlist and as-built to ensure compliance to given instructions and requirements
• Prepares submittals, shop drawings, request for information for consultant’s approval
• Gives planning for proper execution of works to electrical subcontractors
• Handles all architectural works of subcontractors until turn-over and final acceptance of the client

• Reporting directly site manager, and dealing with main / subcontractor's site managers and engineers
• Interior works and finishing
• Obtaining the necessary permits and licenses needed to complete the work
• Making sure site meets health and safety requirements
• Dealing with our contractors, coordination, and planning department for doing claims, schedule updating, site instructions and checking the released subareas
• Maintain detailed daily progress of design delivery and daily monitoring of construction site progress for official reporting
• Supervising the work to ensure the quality requirements are being met and the work is being executed as per the design and project specifications
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force
