Duties and Responsibilities:

* Customer escalation management
* Office supplies management
* Team management
* Crossdocking shipment handling (receiving/dispatching)

1. Nesk Trading (Mango)
2. Azadea (Salsa, Punt Roma, Intimissimi & Calzedonia, Gymboree)
3. Cash customers

* Monthly invoicing for above customers
* Shipment delivery follow ups/status update
* Proof of delivery follow ups
* Provide hard & soft copies of proof of delivery notes as per client’s requests.
* Document handling (Filing & Storage of Client’s Contracts, Proof of Delivery, Invoices, Receiving Confirmation/Goods receiving notes, Employee’s attendance & vacation sheets)
