Pre-Commission of electrical and instrument devices associated at the
module such as (Fire and Gas, PAGA, Telecom, and etc.)
Cable cutting, pulling, dressing, glanding and termination.
Termination of lightings, Instruments, panels and switch gears.
Fabrication and installation of electrical and instrument supports.
-To Inspect and verify completes items for non-conformance to requirements.
-To inform relevant parties of non-conformance
Witness and monitoring of welders Qualification Test.
-Coordinate all kind of testing.
-To ensure traceability of materials used.
-To liaise with owner representative and class surveyor for inspection.
-Coordinate and monitoring of contractors about project requirements.
-Perform specific inspection and related activities with in compliance to project specification.
Execute daily QA/QC activities of fabrication and construction stages.
Coordination with the project team for any update of activities or any changes of schedule.
Responsible to monitor the project status and manpower distribution.
Installation, Line checking, Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning, Loop Test, Dry Function Test, Mechanical Completion and Punch List Activities.
Re-calibration/configuration and troubleshooting HART and non-HART instruments including transmitters, control valves calibration/stroking.
Rectifies problem, pertaining to instrumentation and control.
Minor field instrumentation modifications and repair/replacement.
Loop checking
Digital and Analog instruments, FF type instruments, Skid Loop, Fire and Gas instruments, Analyzer instruments, MCC and VSD module.
Dry Function Test
Operate DCS for Simulation, Checking, Monitoring, Recording, and Troubleshooting.
Checked all navigation key from IPS overview, IPS graphics, and DCS graphics.
Checked all of the cause and effect of the instrument associated at the function.
Set-up, Test, Operate, and Check all Motor Control Circuit (MCC) modules in the substation associated at the function.
Checked line monitoring both hardwire and serial link for communication and etc.
Checked all hardwire connection at the Main Distribution Frame Panel (MDF), (IRP), and etc. at Field Auxiliary Room (FAR) and Substation
• Calibration of D/P transmitters, pressure switches, and level switches, recorders, RTD, Thermocouple, control valves, relief valves and different types of gauges such as temperature and pressure gauges according ISO-17025 standard.
• Installation, Termination, Commissioning, troubleshooting, tubing and testing the integrity of the loop and the operation of any recorders or similar devices installed in the loop.
• Perform loop checking, simulation and calibration of all instruments connected to the process loop.
• Analyze and convert data of instruments using mathematical formulas
o Module 1 - Basic Instrumentation & Measurement Fundamentals. o Module 2 - Process Variable Control & Automation Fundamentals. o Module 3 - Instrumentation & Process Control Maintenance (Calibration) & Flammable Gas Detection & Measurement Fundamentals.
