o Arranges dollies, trollies, ULD in various locations to support staging, supply, or rotation as the operation demands.
• Baggage and Cargo
o Retrieves and stores unit load devices and cargo to/from various areas (workstations, ramp and customers).
o Transfers unit load devices baggage dollies and urgent documents within the Cargo Terminal and Turnaround areas.
• Ramp
o Loads and off loads dead load correctly and safely in accordance with the aircraft load plan.
o Provides marshalling and handling dead-load to ensure smooth aircraft turnaround.
• Ambulift
o Meets and escorts passengers / customers for ambulance requirements as per the laid down service standards in order to provide quality service in coordination with the Special Handling Agents.
