*Operate and maintain HVAC systems and equipment for residential, industrial and gas plant process areas/purposes.
*Address customer concerns, make a solution and enhance customer satisfaction.
*Analyzes/Repairs heating and ventilating air conditioning systems and/or components (e.g. various type of air cooled chillers, package units, split air conditioner and window type.) for the purpose of comfortable work environment and to ensure the optimum performance of the equipment.
*Conducting preventive and corrective maintenance;inform the customer regarding for the parts that need to be replace or must have a spare to minimize the equipment down time.
*Prepares written materials (e.g. activity logs, repair status, chiller parameter logs, Btu meter readings and power consumption) for the purpose of documenting activities and/or conveying information.
•Install, Operate and Maintain HVAC systems and equipments for commercial, corporate and industrial areas/purposes, including rental chillers for temporary cooling needs.
•Address customer concerns, make a solution and enhance customer satisfaction.
•Analyzes/Repairs heating and ventilating air conditioning systems and/or components (e.g. various types of chillers, controls, motors, compressors, pumps, air handling units, fan coils, piping works, water treatments and analyzation)
for the purpose of comfortable work environment and to ensure the optimum performance of the equipments.
•Helping to manage and run projects.
•Work as a sales representative also while conducting Preventive and Corrective Maintenance; inform the customer regarding for the parts that need to be replace or must have a spare to minimize the equipment down time.
•Prepares written materials (e.g. activity logs, repair status, chiller parameter logs, Btu meter readings and power consumptions) for the purpose of documenting activities and/or conveying information.
•Operate and maintain District Cooling Systems for corporate buildings, science and technology parks such as UP AyalaLand TechnoHUB and NUVALI One Evotech in Philippines.
•Diagnose/Rectify chiller units, air handling units, fan coils, package type a/c, various types of controls, motors and pumps; And Ensure the efficiency of the equipments.
•Discuss customer problems, formulate a solution and achieve customer satisfaction.
•Do sales job while performing Preventive and Corrective Maintenance; Relay to the customer the parts that must have a spare or necessary to be replace to avoid machine break down.
•Make written reports such as chiller parameter logs, repair and activity status for the purpose of documentation and conveying information.
•Service, Operate and maintain Chiller units for industrial purposes, corporate and high-rise buildings.
•Identify & Solving problems in HVAC systems and components such as various types of chillers, controls, pumps, motors, air handling units, fan coils, etc. for efficient and comfortable work environment.
•Work as a sales representative also while conducting Preventive and Corrective Maintenance.
•Formulate written materials (e.g. repair status, activity logs, chiller operating parameters and power consumptions) for the purpose of documenting activities and for future reviews.
Diploma holder in General Electrician Course
Graduated
