• Managing all data center activity from hardware to software installation (cabinet, cabling, hardware and software installation).

• Monitoring, maintenance and troubleshooting of DELL APPASSURE backup using RDP. Monitoring of Ahsay OBS backup for Internal and External backups.
• Executing Monthly windows update for windows servers in line with standard patch Tuesday which is set by Microsoft.
• Installation and configuration of windows sever 2012 R2 and Linux (Ubuntu and CentOs) server trough vsphere 5.1 ESXi and execute VMware tools update if needed an update.
• Configure, Trouble shoot and Execute manual backup for Ahsay OBM machines if backup scheduled is been missed.
• Monitoring and troubleshooting of Zenoss making sure that all servers are running and in good conditions.
• Monitoring of Pingdom a website monitoring tools. And informing the assigned personnel of the specific website if the problems still persist.
• Monitoring of Binary Canary a monitoring tool for website and informing the person assigned of the specific website that it still has a problem.

• Ensures accurate and timely execution of jobs, reports and system backup as indicated in the activity task list

• Task implementation which is instructed by the IT supervisor.
• My main responsibility is to make sure that the data center is in fully functional condition. Also I have to check daily the data center’s UPS and all Camera servers Storage hard drive, Camera User Servers, BMS Server, Door Access Server, Fire Alarm Server, IP Telephone Server and Network Servers. After checking all servers I should also checked the SUN SWITCH if it is still running and no malfunctions on each port which will cost delay or may damage the video image recording. After checking hardware part I also must checked the software of the camera servers using HP command view, for the safety of the video recording and for future request of Ministry of Interior (MOI). MOI is using HP EVA 8000 rack, HP Blade server, HP controller and loop switch for data storage hard drive and SAN SWITCH.
• All problems in data center which includes hardware replacement and software installation which I have to take action, but should be reported first to the data center engineer even with or without his present in the site. I should ask for his consent and permission before I will perform or execute the task in replacing any parts and installing any software’s.
• I was also assigned to maintain all low current in the site which consists of CISCO Switches 2900 and 3560 for networking, CCTV (using OS Red Hut 4.2), IP telephone(using Call Manager 5.1), Door Access(Using Windows server 2003), Fire Alarm (Using Windows server 2003) and BMS using DESIGO INSIGHT systems under SIEMENS (Using Windows server 2003).
• With the consent of the data center engineer I was also assigned in creating a monthly backup of all data modification in twenty two Camera Data Servers and five Camera User Servers using Red Hat Linux 4.2 command line.
• Splicing, termination and installation of fiber optic cables inside the low current using Fujikura FMS-60S Fusion Splicer kit, connecting Low current CISCO switches to the data center and project implementation base from blue print.
• I am also assigned to maintain all personal computers (PC) used in the site, hardware and software issues, making sure that all software needed must be running properly, especially NETAVIS VIEWER for amalyat surveillance and SIPORT which is linked to the HYBER CAM system, GROUND GUARD system and INTRUSION system also the ACCESS controls of all cell doors and building doors in the site.
• Also I have intermediate knowledge in handling Building Management System (BMS) AHU, FCU and Chiller cause we are the responsible for the monitoring system of BMS.
• And also I have intermediate knowledge in handling and trouble shooting in a fire alarm system.
• I was also task of configuring CISCO IP TELEPHONE 7906, 7960 and 7970 assigning restriction for local calls and outside calls.
• I was also assigned to accompany the CCTV engineers to terminate, install, troubleshoot and do preventive maintenance on all CCTV’s in the site.
• And sometimes I also performed in configuring CISCO switches like CISCO Switch 3560 and CISCO Switch 2960 with a given command to follow the standard procedures of the company.
• I work as a customer service technician at NEO service center at SM Mega Mall handling all customer problems. About their laptop and desktop either hardware or software, and I am also responsible in maintaining the wireless network connection of the shop.
