Managing high value Infrastructure projects for ATA readiness, enterprise mobility management, business continuity and technical architecture projects. Manage IT infrastructure for 24/7 critical production environment and lead the integration program after the merger of DUBAL and EMAL to form the new entity EGA. Implementing global IT strategy for systems consolidation and process practices across the organisation. Handle planning and operations for infrastructure, software development, audit and IT service projects.

Established MES layer throughout the plant, from automation to ERP, implemented solutions for production, deployed Lean and Kaizen for greater efficiency, and enabled acquisition of HSE certifications.
 Manage and Plan IT service delivery, Supplier management, Service management, Supply chain management and Area wise consumers understanding the production Information technology requirements and Business Value.
 Served as SPOC for Plant Auditing for ICS, NESA, etc. protecting company assets and people from information security risks.
 Service Delivery: Drove automation initiatives to add an MES layer to several different systems and maintained up time of 99.99% in a highly volatile environment; achieved targeted 5% improvement in customer satisfaction every year
 Set up the PMO including SOPs and processes, managed SLAs with business units and OLAs with the IT department, and synergized IT processes for production

Played a key role in commissioning, designing, developing, and optimising multi-domain Greenfield and brownfield projects, managed vendors (Rockwell, Snc, WP, GE, ABB, IBM, Microsoft, HP, Cisco), and coordinated with business and technical teams to develop RFPs, CAPEX plans, SOW and BOM. Handled Initiative Clause Sociale (ICS) and customer audits.
