Duties and Responsibilities:
Bank related tasks such as:
- Deposit Cash or Cheques, withdraw Cash, or Encash cheques
- Collecting Manager’s cheques
- Submission of Wire transfers or any related bank documents
Delivering documents, stationaries, stocks in different Sites / Projects
Pick and drop staffs
Drive for VIPs, VVIPs, Clients, and top management (Board of
Directors / CEO)
Driving luxury cars (Range Rover, Bentley, BMW, Audi, etc)
Airport pick-up and drop-off
Submission of any required documents to different companies,
managements, developers, etc.
I have knowledge in Office Assistant/Driver Jobs such as:
- Deposit and withdraw cash/cheques or any bank related tasks
- collecting and sending agreements, proposals, Legal Documents, invoices, etc.
- I also have knowledge in Administrative tasks such as sorting Employee files, Legal files, company files, or any office related documents.
- I have knowledge in e-commerce business, retail of garments and electronics, merchandising, making online advertisments in different E-Commerce sites, using photoshop
- delivery of goods and samples to clients
- arranging products in shelves in different stores, and doing regular inspection/ monitoring or moving and non-moving products.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Arranging products on warehouse and keeping it organized
• Making reports like suggesting possible product bundle offers, price list, remaining stocks, etc. through Excel Sheets and MS Word
• Making inspection on every outlets where our products are consigned
• Making online advertisements for our new products and promotions.
• Design product advertisements (Photoshop) in Facebook, Dubizzle, etc.
• Making online selling of products
• Arranging products on the display in every outlet
• Monitoring stock movement
• Making monthly inventory
• Depositing and withdrawing cheques on different banks
• Sending invoice and Delivery Notes to clients
• Sending payments (bank transfer or in money transfer) to suppliers local and other countries
• Collecting samples from suppliers.
• Collecting payments of clients.
• Assisting queries from customers via phone call or in person.
• Delivering goods to clients and customers to different places
Assisting clients or customers through call.
• Monitoring all assigned rental properties.
• Making reports for tenants complaints and requests.
• Collecting rental payments, giving invoices every month for almost 90+ rooms.
• Making report (excel sheet) for the payments received and balances.
• Perform filing, data management, drafting and editing short office memos • Managing DEWA accounts and bill payments.
• Any other tasks when assigned SALES • Assists customers, determining their needs and wants.
• Keeping the area, returning the items back on shelf on its current location once the customer has departed.
• Supervising the product display, shelving system, and product stacking as per the floor plan, ensuring proper removal of the damaged / defective products, and replacing the same with new products accordingly
• Transporting, assembling, and disassembling the materials, recommend product or service improvements to employers, stocking the shelves with products on time.
• Doing monthly inventory.
