• Perform inspections, tests alarms, and troubleshoot or document any issues for Security Systems, Fire Alarm Systems, and Fire Fighting Systems, Fire Pump Room.
• Perform Maintenance and Operation of Plant Paging Systems,
Plant Process CCTV Systems, Plant Intercom Stations.
• Security Systems Equipments: Access Control System, CCTV System, Hydraulic Road Blocker System, Electro Mechanical Arm Barrier, Heavy Duty Swing Gate, Heavy Duty Sliding Gate, UPS Battery Back-up Supply System, Turnstile Gate.
• Fire Fighting System and Fire Alarm System Equipments: Fire Extinguisher, Fire Hose Reel/Rack, Fire Hose Cabinet, Fire Hydrant, Fire Monitor, Novec Fire Suppression System, Sprinkler System, Deluge System, Flame Detectors, Gas Detectors, Smoke Detectors, Heat Detectors, Horn Strobe, Manual Pull Station, Fire Alarm Siren.

 Responsible for the installation and maintenance of analog and IP CCTV systems and assisting Information Systems during daily operations.
 Design, specify, configure, and install analog and digital CCTV systems.
 Perform fiber optic cable splicing and troubleshooting.
 Support users of CCTV system.
 Establish working relationships with vendors and contractors pertaining to CCTV systems.
 Troubleshoot cameras, DVRs, NVRs, computers, peripherals, and other hardware.
 Provide technical support to end users covering all software and hardware related issues.
 Perform the termination of Power, Video & Control cables.
 Terminating Network Cables (Cat5e & Cat6 Cables)
 Reading & understanding technical manuals.
 Perform installing CCTV, and LAN cables (Fibre, Coaxial, Copper, etc...)
 Perform installing PVC & Metal Conduits.
 A basic understanding on Integrated Security Systems, CCTV
 ( MileStone, Axiz, Avigilon), and software.
 6 years technical installation and integration experience in the electronic security field i.e Access Control System, Fire Alarm System, Network and Structured Cabling System, Burglar Alarm System, CCTV industry.

 Troubleshoot hardware, software and operating systems.
 Provide internet access to all our clients.
 Perform Cisco IP Telephone troubleshooting, maintenance and connectivity issue.
 Install, configure, and activate wifi routers such as Buffalo, TP-Link Wi-Fi Routers.
 Maintain, install and administer computer hardware, software and networks.
 Diagnose wiring problem in network & resolve them.
 Act as a first responder to all systems issue/problem inside the facility.
 Determine users’ technical needs and provide them with appropriate solutions.
 Install and configure computer networks including LAN and WAN.
 Ability to terminate Cat5E, Cat6, Cat6A Jacks and Patch panels.
 Installation of structure cabling systems.
 Installs, maintains, and repairs distribution racks, interconnecting and distribution cables, terminals.
 Perform daily monitoring of all devices inside FDR Room for smooth operations. (Ex. Cisco Switches, VG 224, UPS System).
 Perform fax machine operations, troubleshooting and connectivity in line with VG224.
 Provide solutions in IP TV problem, such as Set Top Box Amino problem, connectivity, view problem, channels problem replace if necessary the amino device.
 Perform daily monitoring, inspection of all servers inside Data Center.
 Explain the role of network applications and equipment to the end users.
 Maintain documentation of technical maintenance procedures carried out.
 Perform troubleshooting in access control system prior to connectivity and errors.
 Install various access control devices and terminate connections. Example GE Panel.
 Install various CCTV camera types both Analog & Digital IP systems. Example Panasonic IP Camera.
 Install, terminate, test, label and document horizontal, backbone and other cables.
 Dress and route cable into Low Current rooms and control rooms.
 Installing and maintaining CCTV systems as well performing preventive maintenance.
 Positioned correctly all CCTV cameras in the site for proper recording and assured all areas in the facility are covered.
 Inspects fire alarm system and their components for the purpose of evaluating condition, identifying necessary repairs and report to Fire Alarm Engineer.
 Examine systems to locate problems, such as loose connections or broken insulation.
 Ability to climb and work at elevations (e.g., from ladders, poles, lift trucks) exceeding 18 feet.
 Working knowledge of test equipment (e.g., volt-ohm meters, LAN tester).
 Working indoor or outdoor under variable environmental conditions
 Keep supervisor informed of job progress and issues.
 Have the ability and desire to exceed customer expectations and a commitment to excellence.
 Ability to work independently with minimal direction including with follow-up.
 Working continuously on a task until completion (referral to third parties, if appropriate).
