• King Abdullah Bin Abdel Aziz Extension for the Holy Haram, Saudi Arabia. Supervision
of construction for an extension to the Makkah Holy Haram to accommodate additional
800, 000 worshipers, comprising a new building of 4 praying levels with a capacity of
300, 000 worshipers, connected at its ground, first and roof floors to the First Saudi
Extension of Makkah Haram, and includes a basement level for electromechanical
services; state-of-the-art technology in natural and artificial climate and lighting
controls; security, crowd management, and sound distribution and control systems;
structural health monitoring sensors; cleaning equipment; interactive signage; and high
end interior finishing works. In DAR, I have been joining inspection requests (WIRs) for
1 st fix, 2nd fix and 3rd fix, joining some testing and commissioning inspection requests,
Reviewing markup and as built drawings for all low current systems in Harm
building, Piazza, Pedestrian tunnels, and survice buildings for CCTV, Access control,
Tetra system, GSM, WIFI, Networking, Fire alarm, HIFOG, SCADA and other LC systems

Alamain projects, While i was responsible for reviewing shop drawings and other site work of contractors
as ORASCOM, HASSAN ALLAM/CCC, RED SEA, ARAB CONTRACTORS and other
subcontractors in low current activities in Alamein towers, Ancient city, Arab
Academy, entertainment city and Quartier Latin, meeting with contractors to discuss
technical issues in Low current submittalts and push the progress of project forward by
continuous follow up with all trades

• I was site project manager in Qurayyah power plant in eastern areas, KSA
• I managed the project from SAS security side in phase B, phase C
• And block 6, in supplying, installation of security systems, e.g, CCTV, Microwave
detectors systems, IR barriers systems, F.O fence security, Road barrier gates, Road
blockers, turnstile gates, Sliding gates, Apollo access control security systems, also
fiber optic works.
• System brand names I have experience in: BOSCH, PELCO, GE, cameras-Geutebruck
CCTV, Apollo access control-FIS fiber optic detection-IFS and CommNet fiber optic
transmission-Came blockers, barriers, turnstiles and sliding gates-neuman intercom
Southwest microwave detectors.. others -My role was in Qurayyah project to
• manage the project, ensure it is executed according to the project tender and specs
• Meeting with the owner and consultant to discuss their requirements, Raise IR to the
project consultant and steps of project execution and percentage of achievement.
• Identifying the site requirements, materials, tools, equipment, manpower, logistics,
fixed assets.... etc. reporting any shortage to the responsible dept. To prepare the site
requirements at the suitable time to avoid any delays.
• Dealing with sub-contractors and have a weekly meeting to follow and estimate their
behavior and percentage of achievement, and if necessary, daily meeting.
• Holding periodic meetings with our site engineers, daily, or weekly or both to identify
the tasks, responsible of each task and determine their requirements and any failure to
achieve the work plan and clearing of the reasons.
• Preparing weekly/monthly reports consolidated with photos from site about all above
and suggesting solutions for big issues and Reporting to higher management to take
the suitable decisions At the suitable time.
• Preparing Inspection requests (WIR) for any completed site work(1 st fix, 2nd fix or 3rd fix)
• Follow up financial statements of the project, collect payments as per tasks completed
• Preparing testing and commissioning plan and insure its done as per standards.
• Handing over the project and getting testimonial certificates from the owner

• Ive managed fire alarm system in Piazza buildings and bridges as part of King
Abdullah extension project, within the Holly Mosque in Mecca 2015
• I have shared in management, design and implementation of IP CCTV system in Mataf
extension project in Haram, Mecca from 2015 to 2017

systems such as access control, Bio metric security and enrollment systems
Field of experience:
• For the above mentioned projects and Others, I have installed, Maintained Access
control systems & Integrated Security Management system
• Ive also installed Finger print verification readers in CNE, Iceman factory,
ASC(Advanced smart card) and some others,
• Weve In Ahram Security Group developed the access control systems to achieve the
other needs, e.g, time attendance needed in IBN SINA pharmacies, interlock systems
in ASC and Sigma pharmaceutical company, turnstile and revolving doors integration
in ASC and others whenever required

• I worked for Bahgat group as a TV where I was managing a
team of technicians about 90 technicians where my role was to manufacture the PCB
and make assembly of its electronic components, checking its functionality, checkup
soldering stage, achieve the target plan of production as per requested by planning
department
