• Receiving goods from suppliers and company warehouses.
• Encoding receive items from supplier and warehouses in the JDA system.
• Returning damage and requested items to suppliers and warehouses.
• Encoding returned items to suppliers and warehouses in the JDA system.
• Creating transfer number and shipping manifest thru JDA system for store to store transfer of merchandise.
• Retrieval of information and system inventory of merchandise all throughout store branches thru JDA system.
• Submits reports of delivery service level within a week.
• Perform maintenance, repairs and installation of PC’s hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Assists in providing end user the necessary support on the proper usage of PC.
• Handles installation of IBM AS400 (JDA), DB2 to all workstation.
• Supervises testing of software programs and network troubleshooting to isolate/diagnose common network/software problems.
• Review and recommends upgrades of network hardware and software components as required.
• Layout and design store signage for large scale printing.
• Performs store opening routine by checking the integrity and configuration of POS, weighing scales, for the Price changes.
• Performs data entry operations into the system and verifies results according to procedures provided to ensure accuracy of information.
• Distributes generated daily and weekly report of Sales, Over Stock, Out of Stock and Negative Stock SKU’s.
• Supports store operations regarding technical matters.
• Assists in providing end user the necessary support on the proper usage of PC.
• Performs routine tasks related to computer, including maintenance of Hardware, Software and Network.
• Participates in periodic and annual cyclic count of inventory in the store when necessary and as directed by the superiors.
• Performs End-Of-Day activities and facilitates printing of required computer generated reports such as POS sales report, PCN, and sent the generated report to Head Office.
