Manage and directs all operations of the central kitchen supplying to 4 restaurants, outdoor catering and 2 aggregators.
Lunch Room - All day dining / Chestnut - Bakery & Pastry shop
Habra - Steak House / GunBun - Burgers

• Ensure compliance to local and international food safety regulations.
• P&L responsibility.
• Work closely with NPD and Marketing teams and schedule training, materials estimate and launch.
• Liaise on a daily basis with Supply Chain, Logistics, HR, Engineering and other support departments.
• Reviewed production orders to determine types, quantities and proposed material resources to complete assignments.
