Prepare various Strategies for all Program Schedule (Baseline Schedule) by the given Design Plan.
Prepare Project S-Curve/Gantt Chart with cost forecast and Manpower Histogram.
Establishing the Project Execution Plan.
Analyze the Project Management plan such as Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, Resources, Communication, Risk, and Procurement.
Weekly Site visit to evaluate the Progress of the projects.
Preparing 2 weeks and 1 month look ahead for site operation.
Presiding weekly Project Technical Group meetings with Construction Management Group, Construction Operation Group, and Proponent.
Evaluate weekly, monthly, and quarterly accomplishments including progress photos with the key plan, target Milestone dates, delivery of materials, and Balance of Works per trades.
Prepare and Submit Window Analysis report.
Prepare and Submit Notices and Extension of Time Claim.
Supervising Jr. Planning Engineer.
