Served as a key member of the project management team charged with
formulating strategic direction and devising business development initiatives
consistent with overall strategy. Planned and executed the overall project
management plan. Presented monthly findings to General Manager including
project status, earned value analysis, trend analysis and goal roadmaps.
Managed new and existing client projects including complex contract
negotiations and liaising with legal counsel as needed.
Strategically managed revenue generation endeavors, including the
development of forecasts, divisional pipeline strategies and quarterly
shareholder reports.
Built and managed a business development team to enhance and refine

Manages and interpret the contract design documents supplied by the client
Develop and maintain a new template for tracking Engineering, Procurement and Construction progress.
Develop and maintain in coordination with the construction team a weekly Three Weeks Look-ahead Schedule showing the weekly forecast percent complete.
Analyze the schedule impact /potential delays and propose proper alternative mitigation plans.
Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.

• Prepares manpower and equipment deployment schedule.
• Carrying out routine scheduled maintenance work and responding to equipment faults.
• Diagnosing breakdown problems.
• Carrying out quality inspections on jobs.
• Dealing with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs.
• Submit daily and weekly progress reports to client and maintenance team.
• Monitoring and updating existing material and equipment schedules and obtain updated delivery information from the relevant departments.
• Determines job work order schedule by studying project plan and specifications, calculating time requirements and sequencing project elements.
• Maintains job work order schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities and resolving problems.
• Prepares job work order status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules and regulations.
• Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications.
A graduate of Bachelor of Science Major in Mechanical Engineering in 2011.
