Support all HSE Activities / Initiatives. Manage workforce, ensure positions are staffed with the required skill sets. Develop execution plans aligned with level four schedules, adheres to project execution procedures. Responsible for planning and stewarding the execution of all the mechanical static and rotating equipment activities. Develop the commissioning procedures for all mechanical equipment. Support the systems completion database validation efforts. Review all mechanical documentation to support development of systems completion execution. Manage vendor service representatives’ assignments to ensure effective and efficient work scope is completed. Commissioning spare parts are procured and are available on site for the mechanical and machinery scope. Complete tasks such as alignment of machinery equipment, commissioning of blowers, pumps air coolers, compressors and turbines. Supervise all mechanical machinery pre-commissioning and commissioning activities in the field and interface with operations for a smooth system handover.

Review of Contractors equipment installation (static and rotating), Rotating equipment installed and commissioned include but not limited to Rolls Royce Turbines, Man turbo / Siemens Gas Export Compressors & Flash Gas Compressors (drive & driven) Identify and recommend resolutions of non-conformances and corrective actions. Review, markup and participate in contractors Inspection and Test Plans BP monitor, witness and hold points are implemented. Provide detailed quality reports as required by the project Manager. Review and confirm conformance of contractors Mechanical procedures. Promote and lead the one team philosophy to ensure continuous improvement. Ensure contractors fully implement project requirements as defined in approved specifications and procedures, particularly on equipment, materials preservation, joint integrity and piping cleanliness. Assist in the GOC documentation handover from construction to commissioning and then to operations, ready for startup (SH1).

Identification of sub-system limits and updating of limits in line with latest revision of P&IDs. Author of Commissioning Test Procedures for Chemical Injection, Water Injection, Produced Water Re-injection, Reject oil, LP & HP Separators, Make up water booster pump, Produced water pump & seal plan 53. Completion of Commissioning function test procedures, Verification and acceptance of mechanical completion and handover packages ensuring they are in accordance with project procedures, Co-ordinate vendors for the Power Generation systems. Revision of Nitrogen & Helium leak test procedures. Systemization of P&IDs, Pre-commissioning, punch list item review, Commissioning of Produced water and Sand separation systems, handover dossier review, plant performance test ensuring all applicable documentation is in place for smooth system handover.
