•Enhanced performance of “Live Streaming” portion of “Closed Captioning 708” (CC708) for Los Angeles Broadcast Center, replacing IBM p620 servers with re-provisioned Dell R620 servers.
•Facilitated strong communication and problem solving concerning project activities, progress, and issues, effectively liaising between multiple internal organizations and all management levels.
Led and actively participated in large-scale $10M enterprise level upgrade to IT cloud based Maximo 7.5x software and ERP interfaces including mobile device software for Los Angeles Department of Water & Power.
