Job Description (Nurse/ Floor Supervisor):
Supervises all the activities/ daily operations in the center (medical, nursing, radiology, laboratory, pharmacy, insurance, reception, ancillary, etc.)
Provides nursing care to patients.
Assists doctors and nurses in doing certain procedures and in giving care to patients when needed.
Oversees the flow of services given to clients by all the staff.
Serves as scrub nurse/ circulating nurse in the centre’s minor operation theater
Checks supplies regularly.
Accepts and handles complains from patients/ clients and staff.
Documents daily operations and incidences in the center.
Provides report/ feedback to the operations manager.
Evaluates the services being given by the staff.
Troubleshoot incidences and problems being encountered.
Job Description (Insurance & Billing Administrator):
Orients all staff particularly receptionists, pharmacies, medical technicians and doctors about the different insurance and corporate’s policies
Checks daily medical bills (properly billed, all attachment are complete, all claims and invoices are signed by doctors and patients)
Evaluate claim forms if filled by doctors, if requested investigations and treatment match on what is written on the forms
Processes any refund/ reimbursement from medical bills and provides access to receptionists for giving discounts on medical bills
Edit wrong bills or any mistaken entry on the registration
Maintains all records related to insurance and corporate claims
Process all pre-approval request for all insurance and corporate
Coordinates to patients for any approval or rejection requests
Inform patients regarding the outcome and status of their pre-approval request.
Supervises online claim entry/ encoding required for other insurance
Prepare and submit all claims for insurance and corporate per month.
Review rejected claims and do re-submission
Maintains and updates all online sites for different insurance companies
Supervises reconciliation process for insurance and corporate claims
Prepares and sends summary of bills/ invoices to insurance and corporate per month
Coordinates to different insurance companies for any updates or any expansion of contracts for wider coverage
Conducts health assessment like physical examination of students, faculty and staff. Checks vital signs and some required laboratory work-up.
Gives treatment as may be deemed necessary, provides first aid and carries out treatment as prescribed by the school physician and gives proper medications.
Provides health education to students, faculty and staff.
Takes charge of keeping, arranging and filing the medical records of students, faculty and staff.
Assists in medical referrals, patient conduction, gate passes, excuse slips and medical certificates review.
Makes purchase request of medical supplies, quick reference of medicines and do inventory.
Makes and submit reports to the physician and annual medical report to Central Health Office.
Conducts health programs per month.
Receives, reviews and arranges medical documents of students.

Job Description as Clinical Instructor:
Reports 30 minutes ahead of the schedule time in the clinical area of students for physical inspection.
Attends curriculum level meeting as scheduled by the coordinator.
Prepares and submit clinical experience grade of students at the end of each concept to coordinator.
Assists the lecturer in the preparation of comprehensive examination questionnaires.
Required to have continuous education like master’s degree and doctorate’ degree.
Plans and organizes students’ activities in the clinical area.
Coordinates on the activities of the students in the ward with the staff nurse, supervisor, chief nurse and the physician.
