Reporting to Deputy CEO, overseeing the Safety, Health and Environment program for the group. Providing strategy and leadership in developing positive safety culture and communication. Drives the creation and sustainability of a productive work ethos and safe work environment in order to avoid and minimize HSE related concerns. Responsible for leading the HSE team in processing efficiently all Safety, Health and Environmental cases. Strong collaboration with all Gulf regions in efficiently applying all Safety, Health and Environmental policies, procedures and directives. Supports business development through advice and guidance on key subject matter.

Manage health and safety with a dynamic approach, which focuses on risk, and ethical responsibility to do what is right for people. Actively discourage valueless paperwork and engage with people, making people the solution. Promote and facilitate openness, honesty and trust across everyone involved with the project and focus on the learning from every incident.
