• Oversee the survey works for project boundaries, building layout and excavation works.
• Liaising with clients and a variety of professionals including architects and subcontractors.
• Compiling job specs and supervising tendering procedures & approved construction methodologies.

• Gathering essential requirements/project inputs from the Client/Consultant in relation to the contract.
• Preparing inspection reports and site records (such as Material Submittals, Request for Information, Request for Inspection, Monitoring of all required Testing, Minutes of Meeting, Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Annual Project Reports and all related Project Monitoring documents.
• Performing civil and structural required/standard tests.
• Providing general inspection in daily basis on all construction labor and subcontracted tasks to ensure professional workmanship.
• Identifying non-conforming works, generating reports and corrective actions and coordinating responses.
• Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
• Ensure that the progress of the project conforms as per Contract Documents (Approved Drawings, Specifications, Client requirements, etc.)
• Full coordination for all concerns sub-contractors (Civil/Architectural/MEP Sub-cons).
• Directly reporting to Project Manager/Area Manager.
• Attend/Presides/Prepares Progress, Technical & Coordination Meetings.
• Prepares weekly and monthly Look Ahead work schedules subject for Project Manager’s review and approval.
• Prepare Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Annual Accomplishment Reports
• Implementation and Oversee Quality Control requirements of the contract.
• Review and processing of Material Submittals and Shop Drawings for approval on all trades.
• Review cautiously the plans in line with Architectural, Structural, MEP & Drainage and coordinates to the designer for the occurrence of conflicts.
• Monitor the Project Program Schedules.
• Conduct/rectify Snagging / Punch Listing and Facilitate Project Handing over.
• Provide Inspection of works performs by Sub-contractors to ensure work quality by conforming to project requirements.
• Prepares and submit Monthly Invoice (Monthly Payment) subject for Project Manager’s approval prior to submitting to Consultant.
• Conduct accurate estimation for the required materials.
• Assessing billing from Sub-contractor progressive works.
• Ensure strict implementation of Construction Safety Standards.
• Reporting any relevant variation items initiates by Client/Representative and discuss in the meeting for official confirmation (or by sending official correspondence letter).
1) Relevant Responsibilities (Project Engineer):
• Project supervision/inspection of contractor’s workmanship related to structural, civil works, finishing, drainage, plumbing and basic electrical works and testing and commissioning of services.
• Attend/Presides/Prepares Progress, Technical & Coordination Meetings.
• Review of weekly and monthly Look Ahead work schedules
• Prepare Daily Accomplishment Reports
• Implementation and Oversee Quality Control requirements of the contract
• Review and processing of Material Submittals and Shop Drawings for approval on all trades.

• Review Project Contract documents, Technical Specifications and other Amendments in the project.
• Inviting and Processing Tenders
• Responsible for preparing bids, process qualifications, and progress reports.
• Assess/review/recommends approval or rejection of contractor/subcontractor’s claims
• Review and evaluation of any approved project variations
• Evaluate & approve monthly valuations/billings and variation order (Change Order) of all the projects in reference with the approved BOQ.
• Formulates and drafts memos/notices/letters for any possible contractual breach and get confirmation from manager.
2) Relevant Responsibilities (Structural Engineer):
• Preparing Analysis and Design Calculations of different structures in line with Residential Houses, Commercial Buildings (High Rise or Medium Rise), Development Area and Facilities, Renovations and Modification of Existing Structures.
• Preparing feasibility studies for a particular project.
• Preparing drawing plans, structural detailing and schedule of structures (such as foundation, columns, beams, girders, slab, etc.).
• Produce Design documentation and technical reports.
• Coordinating the feasible of Structural Design with other departments such as Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Drainage and Plumbing.
• Supervising the ongoing project under Civil/Structural Works.
• Certifies Work Inspection Request (RIW)
• Review and processing of Material Submittals and Shop Drawings for approval on all trades.
• Attend Technical & Coordination Meetings.
• Prepare and submit Progress Reports.
• Recommending Repair Materials and Solutions for the Structures affected by honeycombs, concrete bulging, damaged concrete, steel corrosion, and any site defects in line with the structures.
• Evaluates and Approve Method Statement in line with Structural Concerns.
• Ensure the safety and economical design of the structures.
