• Handling Maintenance workorders for more than 250 multi brand stores like KFC, Hardees, TGI Fridays, Krispy Kreme, Baskin Robbins, Wimpy, Chicken Tikka, Fish Market.
• Optimal utilization of resources & team consisting of >25 Technicians to provide resolution within SLA timeline.

• Ensuring timely maintenance of equipment through Asset care to ensure smooth operation & optimum availability of equipment.
• Planning and effecting preventive & predictive maintenance to improve reliability of production equipments, Utilities, Fire protection systems, MHE, Electrical panels & safety equipments.
• Implementation of GRC recommendations, Thermography of critical equipments & room integrity tests for auto fire suppression systems as per NFPA standards.

• Planned & executed testing procedures like Hydro test, DP test, pickling, flushing & generated test reports.
• Executed erection & commissioning of Machinery, Hydraulic Power Pack equipment like, Axial piston pumps, screw pump, vane pump, Valve stands, Heat exchangers, Nitrogen charged bladder accumulators.
