Responsible for development and maintaining the yearly quality control plan & audit checklist, making sure all services provided to the client (KAPSARC) are delivered as per contractual requirements, through planned inspections/audits. Assisting the performance & quality manager in closing non-conformance issues by reviewing and verification of submitted action plan. Part of my duty is to improve and maintain quality control checklists and make sure all are in line with the contractual requirements & standard operating manuals. Additional duty is to assist on improvement of quality control processes through development of automated systems (i.e. SharePoint Document Control System, developing macro enabled templates, etc.)
Responsible for maintaining overall quality of deliverables and required documents for each product output. Ensure all prototype samples submit to customers have supporting documents and approvals.
Lead a 5 member group, in developing an Automatic Fire Alarm System, which can automatically send text messages to security guards of an establishment where it is installed, if smoke or flammable gas is detected through smoke sensors, and can directly call the nearest fire station once fire was detected through heat sensing device. It also monitor if the fire sprinklers activates then it will send message to security guards/ safety/ maintenance officer.
Provide technical assistance to office staff by troubleshooting and repairing electronics equipment and IT related problems.
