• Oversee 10 employees and set deadlines and goals for the team.
• Responsible for managing office services by ensuring office operations and procedures are organized, correspondences are controlled, filing systems are designed, supply requisitions are reviewed and approved and that clerical functions are properly assigned and monitored, creating PowerPoint slides and making presentations.
• Point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills, and other errands
• Organize office operations and procedures, and manage executives’ schedules, calendars, meetings, and appointments
• Allocate tasks and assignments to subordinates and monitor their performance
• Assign and monitor clerical, administrative and secretarial responsibilities and tasks among office staff

Served as HR Associate and Trainer for Customer Care Personnel with over 50 branches nationwide locations.
· Conduct the company orientation, rules and regulations and video base training for all customer care personnel. And to ensure that company vision, mission, culture and company policy are properly explained to all staff.
· Facilitate and assist of the following functions:
- Development and implementation of training program necessary in the organization’s succession planning. And continuously assist in the implementation and the application of training system;
- Organizing HR projects, assignments such as team building activities and extra curricular activities.
- Development of new training program/curriculum applicable for the group.
· Responsible for the preparation of training schedule, materials, review/checking of video base training exams, giving feedback to center managers and monitoring of their performance a month after the training.
· Payroll Balancing, Payment Requisition, Request for Check Preparation using Systems Application and Products and Packages (SAP).
Provide HR & Training administrative support for HR & Training managers in this successful Nutrition healthcare organization.
· Layout artwork such as program invitations, certificate, poster, and fliers for specific events.
· Maintaining files and records of HR & Training Department.
· Screening & Calling qualified applicants for interview.
· Responsible for the preparation, implementation and monitoring of HR & Training Activities such as Sensitivity Program, Kick-off Rally, Promo meetings, & Seminars etc; And also for the technical aspect of training modules preparation.
· Coordination and booking of seminars.
