Analysis of Percentage of carbon content of the finish good using TUBE FURNACE w/ OXYGEN free NITROGEN.
Determination of ash content (CaCO3) using MUFFLE FURNACE to determine the percentage of non organic material.
Assessment of the degree of pigment dispersion by using MOLDING EXTRUDER MACHINE, MICROSCOPIC EXAMINATION.
Assessment of the degree of pigment dispersion CAST FILM VISUAL TESTING USING BLOWING EXTRUDER, X-RAY LIGHT BOX, CALIPER For Testing.
Density Determination of raw Materials using DENSIMETER

Duties and Responsibilities:
Basis Weight Determination quality and reliability standards using WEIGHING BALANCE.
Ring crush test (RCT) is used to determine the ring crush resistance of a paper strip formed into a ring with a standardized length and width.
Corrugating medium test (CMT Measure the crushing resistance of a laboratory fluted strip of corrugating medium.
