- Develop and implement sales initiative programs to drive sales/ product goal.
- Coordinate with Credit Bureau for Customer Financial Exposure.
- Providing after sales services to customers for maintenance for long term relation.
- Ensure compliance with the regulatory requirements.
- Formulating multiple MIS reports on daily & monthly basis for the standards of unit.

- Follow up and close selling/cross selling lead referrals.
- Pro-actively participate in Bank products campaigns & promotions.
- consistently illustrate high levels of customer orientation and professionalism in day-to-day conduct.
- Ensure that all service levels and agreements are being met consistently without any fail.
- Tracking sales activities, providing sales forecasts, and creating and analyzing metrics that drive results.

Tele Calling and informing the customers about their outstanding’s towards the Credit Card or Loan payments due to the banks.
-Record information about financial status of customers and status of collection.
-Locate and notify customers of delinquent accounts by mail, telephone, or personal visits.
-Establish and maintain strong professional relationships/connections internally and externally (Maintain Standard level of CSS results).
-Monitor accounts daily.
-Identify outstanding account receivables
-Investigate historical data for debts and bills
-Take actions to encourage timely payments
-Process payments and refunds
-Resolve billing issues
-Resolve customer credit issues
-Contact clients and discuss their overdue payments
-Update account status records
- Prepare and present reports on collection activities and progress
