I manage the P&L, budgeting, business planning and oversee the execution of product, project and strategic initiative portfolios at Yas Marina Circuit.
I currently support the market entry effort of IglooKids in the United Arab Emirates by conducting market and customer research, designing marketing strategy and defining the brand positioning. My work in quantifying the market and opportunities and brand differentiation helped us secure investor funding for the market entry.
Collaborating with our clients and our company team in Finland, I manage BIGDATAPUMP projects in the United Arab Emirates. My other responsibilities include presales support.
Together with my clients I worked to identify how enhancing and building skills and competences in the organization can support reaching the clients' business goals.
My main responsibilities were account management and business development in the emirate of Dubai. In this role I was able to quickly build understanding of the clients’ business, their challenges and potential solutions.

I was responsible for project management in large consulting projects. I managed projects that were among the most valuable in our company’s client engagements and also developed our company’s own project management processes and tools that all project managers used.
As a leader, I learned how to manage and motivate a team of analysts and senior consultants by making the goals and tasks relevant to each team member. After my time as Analyst, I was promoted to Consultant and I proceeded to manage larger engagements, including a solution requirements management and POC project for an investment of 8 million EUR in its first year.
The projects varied from fast-paced strategy and operating model redesign to long-term IT solution implementations, which have me the readiness to plan and manage a variety of different engagement types.

After my graduation from university I was quickly able to grasp issue-based problem solving, our proprietary in-house consulting methodology and other tried and true process methodologies used in consulting. Already as an Analyst, I was given project management responsibilities and I was also rated as one of the top 5% performers in my career level.

Teaching 16-18-year-olds on a fixed-term contract (substitute teacher). I was responsible for teaching four different groups, preparing the classroom materials and exams and grading the exams. In this role I was able to quickly understand the scope of the material being taught, build lesson plans and materials and deliver lessons with high quality. In addition, I was able to support the education of special needs students. For example, I had one blind student for whom I tailored my approach and materials.
In this role I successfully combined my experience from practical construction work and the required extensive knowledge of the Hilti product offering across 10+ product categories.
I also updated my knowledge of enterprise resource planning by learning to use SAP. In this process I saw how a transition from a legacy ERP system to SAP is done on both company and individual employee level, which has served as a valuable lesson in my consulting career.
I specialized in B2B sales of construction machinery, supplies, equipment and leasing service. I served customers from issue and need recognition to solution recommendation to equipment delivery in various customer service channels - face-to-face, phone and email.
I have graduated as Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration, which is the higher university degree and equivalent to 160 credits / ca. 5 years of university education. Major in marketing, minors on management & organizational design, English philology and ICT business.
Exchange studies at faculty of Business at the university of Groningen. I studies courses in e-business, business strategy and international business.
I studied English philology and communications for two years before switching to the Faculty of Economics. This has provided me with excellent skills in English, both spoken and in writing.
As part of the Finnish military training, the most suitable 0,5% are selected for the reserve officer training. This education and training is given in a special school of the Finnish Defence Forces in Hamina, South East of Finland. Reserve officer is the highest level of training available for Finnish conscripts.
