• Preparation of Annual operating budget and Budget vs. Actual report on monthly, quarterly & annually basis to highlight variances with recommendations.
• Maintain and balance affiliates accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions resolving discrepancies.
• Conduct monthly & yearend closing and audits.
• Prepare and analyze accrued (Cost & Revenue) reports & Prepayments on monthly basis.
• Conduct monthly and yearend account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.
• Verifying, allocating, posting and reconciling accounts payable, receivable and banks.
• Prepare monthly clients & suppliers aging report.
• Check all outgoing client invoices & Purchas orders to our suppliers.
• Maintain fixed assets schedule and monthly depreciation expenses.
• Prepare foreign currencies yearend evaluation for clients, suppliers, affiliates & Bank accounts.
• Prepare financial statements & reports needed for managerial decisions on monthly basis.
• Monthly cash flows forecasting.
• Worked closely with internal audit (SOX) & external audit (Ernst & Young).
• Controlling inventory and inventory transactions.
• Reviewing monthly payroll.
• Opening & following up of bank L/Cs, L/Gs (Issued in favor of KOC & Ministry of Interior), processing of bank loans & interest transactions.
• Customization & administration of Accounting ERP System.
• Ensuring that the accounting policies and procedures are implemented and in compliance with the overall company policies.
• Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents, verify and analyze business records, transactions, and procedures.
