Responsibilities: - Involve in kick off meeting with client and project team for job execution planning, documentation, deliberation of client design specifications, design add-ons, process design conditions, valves & material specifications.
- Preparing and reviewing P&ID or PFD as designed by process engineers and submission to client for approval. Accommodating client design add-ons or suggestions if applicable.
- Applying code requirement and good engineering practice in vessel & piping design, including conceptual, scheme and detail design.
- Preparation of Technical Delivery Conditions of materials required in the project.
- Preparation of valves & instrumentation datasheets.
- Review and approval of valves & instrumentation from vendor data prior to procurement and commenting on specs for compliance or deviations when necessary.
- Preparation of MTO for long lead items as per P&ID and list of all engineering deliverables.
- Calculation of wall thickness for piping components, selection of pressure temperature rating of flanges & hydro test as per code or client specification.
- Perform calculation for vessel shell & dished ends thickness, nozzles, saddles, etc.

- Provide instruction to draughtsman for generating detailed 3D model of vessel and piping layout/routing. (Autocadd & CadWORX 2014)
- Generating and checking complete Piping Isometric MTO, weld details, cut piece & weight.
- Generating and checking complete Vessel detailed fabrication dwgs, MTO, weld map, etc.
- Generating and checking of General Arrangement Drawing (GAD), pipe supports locations /type & structural drawings.
- Preparation of design documents necessary for PED-CE marking of the equipment such as ESR, PMA, Hazard Checklist, Operating manual, assembly, etc.
- Supporting estimation for bids & preparation of equipment specification.
- Champion user/coordinator for ERP on Engineering.
- Experienced to work on multi-cultural environment and closely interacting with client representatives and other discipline engineers.
