•Prepares and create new orders for the upcoming opening stores before opening date.
•Track the merchandise transportation from warehouse center to retail outlet.
•Allocate stores product range to ensure that the store has enough stocks to satisfy customer demands.
•Preparing range plan detail file for product category.
•To ensure that the key styles arrives in the stores before the launching dates.
•Preparing and updating PO Tracker file for shipping department.


Materials Planning
•Responsible for continuity and availability of supply and materials for operational consumption.
•Accountable for forecasting demand/supply trend on an optimum week rolling forecast.
•Determines the stocks to be ordered, quantity and set the time range when it is needed based from the requirement.
•Set and manages parameters on what and how much merchandise goes into each store.


Inventory Management
•Controls inventory levels of materials based from the consumption to ensure stock level is at part from the target monthly inventory without sacrificing supply availability.
•Sets the minimum and maximum SOH both for stores and warehouses to fully optimize ideal turnover of materials. (SALE vs. STOCK REPLENISHMENT).
•Monitors zero inventory levels at WH’s and store and ensuring delivery for replenishment.
•Monitors movement of the materials to prevent obsolete items and initiate alternative action to utilize nonmoving items, thus preventing write-off.

Store Admin at Sun and Sand Sports
