 Work as a leader and to give quality output on a highly sophisticated industrial cage farm with a capacity of 90, 000 birds per house.
 To manage and supervise the workforce and efficiently operate farm as per the directions of the Senior Manager operation broilers services.
 Assist the senior manager operation broiler services in running broiler farm operation.
 Manage the operations of the broiler farm allocated to him as per standard operation procedures and protocols.

 Ensure proper administration of water and feed .
 Implement initiatives in line with disaster management plans per the suggestions of the senior manager broiler services.
 Provide necessary information to planning and MIS to procedure better forecast of live weight and volumes.
 Ensure allocations of necessary resources ( Especially Labour ) for harvesting.
 Ensure adherence to ARASCO’S standard farm management practices.
 Ensure that ARASCO Health and Safety standards are met in all activities taking place within the broiler farm to ensure that a safe working environment is provided for all employees.
 Make daily reports base on the daily production operation, Make a plan for the delivery of feeds, placing of day old chick.
 Manage and handle the cleaning team operation ( Reliever for (2) two months, Cages Farm and Floor Farm).
 Performs other related task that may arise.
