Wadi Hanifah Project is managed by Diriyah Gate Development Authority(DGDA) and our scope is to provide Management services such as Design Management, Program, Project and Construction Management, Procurement, Project Controls & Reporting, Cost estimating & Management and implement in accordance to the highest standards and professional norms.

Wadi Hanifah Project is a strategic natural wadi running generally north west to south east along the western edge of Riyadh for approximately 120km. Our Scope of works is the construction of MEP works for 7.6km Infrastructure Projects and Landscaping works. The system consists of Irrigation System, HVAC, Plumbing/Drainage, Fire Fighting, Water Mist System, Fuel oil system, Clean Agent System and Electrical System with a approx. total contract value of USD50.6B including Civil and Architectural works. The project site extends for approximately 7.6km and covers an area of 2.5million square meters (250 hectares), integrating with the adjoining Al Bujairi, Diriyah Gate, Diriyah Square and Diriyah City Development. The overall Wadi Hanifah master plan consists of several zones such as Zone A(60, 445m²), B(20, 622m²), D(87, 833m²), F(63, 943m²), H(165, 144m²), K(154, 215m²), J(23, 238m²), L(157, 785m²), Plot 1(47, 272m²) M(314, 939m²), Plot 2(69, 539m²) & N(1, 252, 832m²).

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Oversee Consultant activities and coordinate the designs for various stages and elements of the project to agree with development objectives, including the status of design process, consultant deliverables, client approval and statutory approvals/permits.
2. Ensure that the Consultants produce the deliverables required under their appointments, including but not limited to drawings, specifications, calculations, reports, schedules, models, renditions to enable Contractors to procure and construct the works in accordance with the requirements of the Project Brief, Cost plan, contractors’ contracts and programme/schedules.
3. Review the Consultant Design Programme to ensure that they coordinate with the Contractor’s construction programme.
4. Identify the design services needed for works packages that need to be procured/produced in order to meet the requirements of the Contractor’s procurement programme/schedule.
5. Reviewing the Consultant Design documents such as Design drawing, calculation, design report as they are being developed to ensure that they are in accordance with Client’s requirements, prepared in accordance with best revision control practice and suitable for their intended purpose, advise and make recommendations with respect to such availability of materials and labour, time requirements for procurement and construction, compliance with sustainability programs.
6. Conducting Site Inspection to assure and evaluate that the installation are followed as per the latest approved drawing, project specification and standard codes.
7. Tracking and monitoring of Design comments records on aconex and communicate such pending reviews to Consultant/Designer until the comments are closed.
8. Review and response Technical Query and Request for Information related to Mechanical discipline that will be raise by the Consultant/Contractor.
9. Review all documentation provided by the Consultant and assure that comply with the project specification and Employer Requirement.
10. Coordinate with other department with regards to any technical interface or clarifications that may arise and resolve immediately.
11. Manage and attend coordination and design progress meeting with the Consultant/Designer.
12. Evaluate the Contractor and Suppliers bidding in technical aspect.
13. Ensure that Contract documents which are to be Issued for Construction (IFC) are 100% complete before any related works is permitted to start.
14. Perform other tasks that maybe assigned/required by superior from time to time.

Project : Riyadh Metro Project- Line 5 & 6

Brief Description of the Project:

Riyadh Metro Project is a Government Project under Riyadh Development Authority and our scope is to provide and submit shop drawing based on the design drawing from designer, checking PO’s in PCC inline with technical requirement, review material submittals, prepare Technical Product submittal and Equipment Data sheets.

The system consists of HVAC, Plumbing/Drainage, Fire Fighting, Water Mist System, Fuel oil system and FM200 with a approx. total contract value of USD9, 000, 000, 000.00(USD 9B) including Civil and Electrical works. Total amount of MEP works approximately USD311, 000, 000. Our scope are Line 5 & 6. Line 5 is underground line consists of 10 stations and 1 transfer station namely 5A2, 5A3, 5A5, 5A6, 5B1, 5B3, 5B4, 5C1, 5C2, 5C4 and 5A1 transfer station. Line 6 is overhead line consists of 6 station and 2 transfer station namely 6D2, 6E1, 6F1, 6G1, 6G2, 6H1 and transfer station 6D1 & 6H2 respectively.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Preparing Equipment Data Sheet submittal (EDS) and submit for approval.
2. Reviewing and checking of PO’s in PCC and forward to Technical Manager
3. Coordinates with Procurement Department related to PO’s, MR, Contracts and any other technical query.
4. Attending Weekly Technical Meeting to discuss some pending issues.
5. Shop Drawing review and send comments to Mechanical Coordinator to coordinate with AutoCAD and subcontractor.
6. Reviewing Material Submittal before submitting to Consultant.
7. Reporting and follow instruction to Technical Manager from time to time.

The system consists of HVAC, Plumbing/Drainage, Fire Fighting, LPG Gas and Irrigation system with a approx. total contract value of SR3, 100, 000, 000.00(SR3.1B) including Civil and Electrical works. Total amount of mechanical works approximately SR500, 000, 000.This project consists of the following:

Site 7 with total area of 638, 959 m². This site consists of several buildings namely: Administration building, Dormitory 1, 2, Classroom Building, Mosque, Soldier Club, Clinic and on duty Soldiers, Firing Range Building, Detention Building, Ammunition Warehouse, Operation Warehouse, Secondary Guard Room, substation, Petrol Station, Watch Tower, Obstacle Range, Rapple Tower and Main Gate.

Site 8 is a Housing building with total area of 140, 000m². The total numbers of housing are 36 units with each 5 storey building. Mosque and Mall are also available.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Design Review and submit comments to Mechanical Head for releasing to the Contractor.

Attending the discipline meetings with the Contractor.

This project consists of Part 1, 2, 3, 10, 11 and 12 where 17Apartment buildings in NCO (12Bldg) and Officers Apartment(5 Bldg) including Mosque, Switchgear, Communication Room, Carpark, External Siteworks, Pumphouse, Domestic U/G water Tank and Pumproom . In Part 10 is Water Treatment Plant, in Part 11 is Sewage Water Treatment Plant and Part 12 is Sewage Tank and Cesspool.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Total In-charge of Mechanical Works including HVAC, Plumbing/Drainage and Fire Fighting Works.
In-Charge of Supervising and giving instruction of works to my AutoCad for the preparation of list and priority
of shop drawings based on site requirements and weekly update status of shop drawings to submit to the Client.
Coordinates and giving priorities of works to Commercial Manager for the submitting of Material and
Equipment submittals for mechanical works and weekly update status of Equipment/materials submittal to
submit to the Client.
Assuring that the material submittal is complying as per the specification.
Planning of manpower requirements and coordinate with the management for the acquisition of required
Personnel.
Design and Checking of Shop Drawings for HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage and Fire Fighting.

Our Scope of this project is MEP Works such as HVAC, Plumbing/Drainage, Fire Fighting and Electrical with a total contract value of SR50, 000, 000.00. This project consists of 14 buildings in Community Center and Support Facilities namely Recreation Center, Retail Apartment 2, Community Services Apartment 3, Community Musallah, Bowling Alley, Supermarket, Central Dining and Kitchen Facilities, Driver House/Taxi Stand, Visitor/Security Operation, Lift Station, Public Toilets, Internal Security Force, Bus Shelter and Pump Room. There are several villas and main research center which belongs to other contractors. Our Main Contractor is SKEC and managed by Aramco.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Total In-charge of Mechanical Works including HVAC, Plumbing/Drainage and Fire Fighting Works from
beginning to end.
2. In-charge of Supervising and giving instruction of works to all my Construction Managers and Engineers.
3.In-Charge of Supervising and giving instruction of works to my Engineering Manager for the preparation of list
and priority of shop drawings based on site requirements and weekly update status of shop drawings to submit to
Main Contractor and Client.
4.In-Charge of Supervising and giving priorities of works to my Procurement Manager/Engineer for the submitting
of Material and Equipment submittals for mechanical works and weekly update status of Equipment/materials

Mostly the projects consist of HVAC works, Plumbing and Drainage system, Fire Protection System and Electrical Works. Some projects like Qatar Petroleum and Kahramaa projects were we executed Design and Built and the rest are required by shop drawing as per the design given by the client/designer. We have executed mechanical works installing Chillers, Package AC Units, AHU/FCU, Ducted Split Units etc. and electrical works in high rise building, hospitals, mosque, school and university, Carpark, substation, laboratory, fire station, cultural village and renovation/extension in Doha International Airport, etc..


Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Upon receiving the contracts from Main Contractor, I will study our scope of works including specification, BOQ,
design drawing, contract agreement, correspondences and make our budget for all MEP works.
2. In-charge of Supervising and distribution of work to all engineering staff and Auto CAD.
3. Preparation of List of Equipments/Materials/Shop Drawing for mechanical Works to be used in the Project.
4. Responsible for submitting Material and Technical Equipment submittals for mechanical works.
5. Preparing updated Equipment/materials submittal and procurement status to submit to Main contractor/Client
6. Design and Checking of Shop Drawings for HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage and Fire Fighting.
7. Preparing Cooling/Heat Load Calculation.
8. Preparing External Static Pressure Head Calculation (ESP) for ductworks system to counter check the design ESP
of the AHU/FCU/PAC units is correct.
9. Preparing Pressure Head Calculation for Chilled Water Piping System to assure that the design pressure head of the pump is correct.
10. Preparing Duct and pipe sizing including air terminals(grill, registers, diffuser, louvers, plenum box)
11. Preparing pipe sizing of Plumbing and Drainage System(Potable, Soil, Waste and Rain Water Pipe)

Brief description of the Project:

These projects are clean room class 1K, 10K and 100k respectively. It is a manufacturing company of semiconductor products. The system consists of Chilled water type Air-conditioning system, Process Exhaust system, Fire Protection system, Compressed air piping and Vacuum piping system, Fire Protection System, Plumbing and Drainage system. The system utilizes Chillers, Air Handling Units with ductworks system passing thru Hepa filters to distribute clean air inside the room, Ventilation Fans, Package AC Units, Fan Coil Units, Split AC Unit, Water Heater, Plumbing Pumpsets and Fire Pumpsets.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Upon receiving the contracts from Main Contractor, I will study our scope of works including specification, BOQ,
design drawing, contract agreement and correspondences.
2. Preparing material submittals for all the system in accordance with the mechanical specification.
3. Attends meeting with general contractor and subcontractor for coordination of the schedule of activities,
manpower requirement, materials/equipments and problems in the project.
4. Regularly check the number of manpower supplied by the subcontractor to monitor the target completion date of a
specific phase of the project.
5. Prepares Preventive Maintenance Manual for client use.
6. Renders inspection, testing and operation of mechanical works/system.
7. Coordinates with Purchasing Department regarding purchase and delivery of materials and equipments needed for
the project.
8. Monitors and control materials delivered/allocated for the project.

Project : 1. The Times Plaza(Taft cor UN Ave., Manila, Phils.)
2. The Rockwell Center(Guadalupe, Mandaluyong City, Phils)

Brief description of the Project:

The Times Plaza consists of 14 storey building. The ground to fourth floor contains space for food chain, boutique, and play stations. From fifth to upper floors contains space for offices. The system consists of Water Cooled Condensing type Airconditioning system composed of Cooling Towers, Condenser water pumps located at the roof deck. The cooled water supply to the Packaged Airconditioning Units located in each floor and distributed the air thru ductworks system. We installed also the Fuel oil system including piping works from fuel tank in the basement to roof deck where the generator is located.

The Rockwell Center consists of five towers namely: Rizal Tower, Hidalgo Tower, Luna Tower, Amorsolo Tower and Legaspi Tower. The tower comprise of four lower level basement from the ground. Our scope of works includes supply and installation of Ventilation Fans in all lower level for 5 towers and Ducted type Airconditioning unit.


Duties and Responsibilities:

1. To make sure that the materials to be installed are in accordance with the mechanical specification and
must be approved by the consultant.
2. Review the specification, contract and scope of work prior to start the works.
3. Attending site meeting to discuss the development and progress of the project.

Brief description of the Project:

Pepsi Cola Plant is a single storey building having mezzanine floor for offices. The plant is supplied by ventilation fans and distributed by ductworks system. The mezzanine floor is supplied by Package A/C Unit and distributed by ductworks system. We have installed the chilled water piping, Compressed air piping and accessories, Boiler system including chimney and piping works.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Review the specification, contract and scope of work prior to start the works.
2. To make sure that the materials to be installed are in accordance with the mechanical specification and
must be approved by the consultant.
3. Attending site meeting to discuss the development and progress of the project.
4. To supervise all the mechanical manpower their respective works.
5. Responsible of distribution of manpower based on the scheduled plan.
6. Prepares estimate and quotation for the additional works.
7. Monitors and control materials delivered/allocated for the project.
8. Submitting daily and weekly accomplishment report.
9. Preparing mechanical work schedule/bar chart.
10. To install all the units and accessories required in the project.
11. Prepares Preventive Maintenance Manual for client use.
12. Renders inspection, testing and operation of mechanical works/system.
