Wadi Hanifah Project is managed by Diriyah Gate Development Authority(DGDA) and our scope is to provide Management services such as Design Management, Program, Project and Construction Management, Procurement, Project Controls & Reporting, Cost estimating & Management and implement in accordance to the highest standards and professional norms.

Wadi Hanifah Project is a strategic natural wadi running generally north west to south east along the western edge of Riyadh for approximately 120km. Our Scope of works is the construction of MEP works for 7.6km Infrastructure Projects and Landscaping works. The system consists of Irrigation System, HVAC, Plumbing/Drainage, Fire Fighting, Water Mist System, Fuel oil system, Clean Agent System and Electrical System with a approx. total contract value of USD50.6B including Civil and Architectural works. The project site extends for approximately 7.6km and covers an area of 2.5million square meters (250 hectares), integrating with the adjoining Al Bujairi, Diriyah Gate, Diriyah Square and Diriyah City Development. The overall Wadi Hanifah master plan consists of several zones such as Zone A(60, 445m²), B(20, 622m²), D(87, 833m²), F(63, 943m²), H(165, 144m²), K(154, 215m²), J(23, 238m²), L(157, 785m²), Plot 1(47, 272m²) M(314, 939m²), Plot 2(69, 539m²) & N(1, 252, 832m²).

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Oversee Consultant activities and coordinate the designs for various stages and elements of the project to agree with development objectives, including the status of design process, consultant deliverables, client approval and statutory approvals/permits.
2. Ensure that the Consultants produce the deliverables required under their appointments, including but not limited to drawings, specifications, calculations, reports, schedules, models, renditions to enable Contractors to procure and construct the works in accordance with the requirements of the Project Brief, Cost plan, contractors’ contracts and programme/schedules.
3. Review the Consultant Design Programme to ensure that they coordinate with the Contractor’s construction programme.
4. Identify the design services needed for works packages that need to be procured/produced in order to meet the requirements of the Contractor’s procurement programme/schedule.
5. Reviewing the Consultant Design documents such as Design drawing, calculation, design report as they are being developed to ensure that they are in accordance with Client’s requirements, prepared in accordance with best revision control practice and suitable for their intended purpose, advise and make recommendations with respect to such availability of materials and labour, time requirements for procurement and construction, compliance with sustainability programs.
6. Conducting Site Inspection to assure and evaluate that the installation are followed as per the latest approved drawing, project specification and standard codes.
7. Tracking and monitoring of Design comments records on aconex and communicate such pending reviews to Consultant/Designer until the comments are closed.
8. Review and response Technical Query and Request for Information related to Mechanical discipline that will be raise by the Consultant/Contractor.
9. Review all documentation provided by the Consultant and assure that comply with the project specification and Employer Requirement.
10. Coordinate with other department with regards to any technical interface or clarifications that may arise and resolve immediately.
11. Manage and attend coordination and design progress meeting with the Consultant/Designer.
12. Evaluate the Contractor and Suppliers bidding in technical aspect.
13. Ensure that Contract documents which are to be Issued for Construction (IFC) are 100% complete before any related works is permitted to start.
14. Perform other tasks that maybe assigned/required by superior from time to time.

The system consists of HVAC, Plumbing/Drainage, Fire Fighting, Water Mist System, Fuel oil system and FM200 with a approx. total contract value of USD9, 000, 000, 000.00(USD 9B) including Civil and Electrical works. Total amount of MEP works approximately USD311, 000, 000. Our scope are Line 5 & 6. Line 5 is underground line consists of 10 stations and 1 transfer station namely 5A2, 5A3, 5A5, 5A6, 5B1, 5B3, 5B4, 5C1, 5C2, 5C4 and 5A1 transfer station. Line 6 is overhead line consists of 6 station and 2 transfer station namely 6D2, 6E1, 6F1, 6G1, 6G2, 6H1 and transfer station 6D1 & 6H2 respectively.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Preparing Equipment Data Sheet submittal (EDS) and submit for approval.
2. Reviewing and checking of PO’s in PCC and forward to Technical Manager
3. Coordinates with Procurement Department related to PO’s, MR, Contracts and any other technical query.
4. Attending Weekly Technical Meeting to discuss some pending issues.
5. Shop Drawing review and send comments to Mechanical Coordinator to coordinate with AutoCAD and subcontractor.

There are several villas and main research center which belongs to other contractors. Our Main Contractor is SKEC and managed by Aramco.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Total In-charge of Mechanical Works including HVAC, Plumbing/Drainage and Fire Fighting Works from
beginning to end.
2. In-charge of Supervising and giving instruction of works to all my Construction Managers and Engineers.
3.In-Charge of Supervising and giving instruction of works to my Engineering Manager for the preparation of list

Main Contractor and Client.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Upon receiving the contracts from Main Contractor, I will study our scope of works including specification, BOQ,
design drawing, contract agreement, correspondences and make our budget for all MEP works.
2. In-charge of Supervising and distribution of work to all engineering staff and Auto CAD.
3. Preparation of List of Equipments/Materials/Shop Drawing for mechanical Works to be used in the Project.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Upon receiving the contracts from Main Contractor, I will study our scope of works including specification, BOQ,
design drawing, contract agreement and correspondences.
2. Preparing material submittals for all the system in accordance with the mechanical specification.
3. Attends meeting with general contractor and subcontractor for coordination of the schedule of activities,

The Times Plaza consists of 14 storey building. The ground to fourth floor contains space for food chain, boutique, and play stations. From fifth to upper floors contains space for offices. The system consists of Water Cooled Condensing type Airconditioning system composed of Cooling Towers, Condenser water pumps located at the roof deck. The cooled water supply to the Packaged Airconditioning Units located in each floor and distributed the air thru ductworks system. We installed also the Fuel oil system including piping works from fuel tank in the basement to roof deck where the generator is located.

The Rockwell Center consists of five towers namely: Rizal Tower, Hidalgo Tower, Luna Tower, Amorsolo Tower and Legaspi Tower. The tower comprise of four lower level basement from the ground. Our scope of works includes supply and installation of Ventilation Fans in all lower level for 5 towers and Ducted type Airconditioning unit.

1. To make sure that the materials to be installed are in accordance with the mechanical specification and
