Project: New Facilities and Shelters Upgrade Project
Project Duration: July 2019 - Present
Description: The project will construct new facilities designed for the maintenance and training program for King Abdulaziz Air Base, Dharan, Saudi Arabia. It also includes upgrading of old shelters. Here are some of the facilities that will be constructed and upgraded:
1. Tornado Warehousing Facility (Gross External Area of 10269 sq.m.)
2. Tornado Storage Facility - (Gross External Area of 6475 sq.m.)
3. Technical Studies Institute Hangar (Gross External Area of 5216 sq.m.)
4. Upgrade of existing shelters like Dummy Shelters, Group Shelters, QRA Shelters, Aircraft Sun Shelters and others facilities.

Project: Renovation of Private Aviation Terminal
Project Duration: Feb 2018 - Jun 2019
Description: The Project covers the expansion and upgrade of Private Aviation Terminal to develop a highly efficient facilities and services to meet the current and near
future demands at King Khalid International Airport, Riyadh. The building has 2 levels with a total floor area of 10, 904 m² and were renovated in 3 different phases.

Project: The Bachelor Compound
Project Duration: January 2017 - January 2018
Description: The Bachelor Compound were constructed to house employees supporting the
Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) based in King Fahad Air Base, Taif, Saudi Arabia.
These were the following facilities that were constructed:
1. 100 no. Bachelor Apartments.
2. Security office
3. Post office.
4. Restaurant.
5. Club house/gym.
6. Supermarket.
7. Transformer/trash bin space.
8. Outdoor swimming pool

Project: Scheduled Maintenance and Upgrade, Hangar and Depth Shops
Project Duration: Apr 2016 - Dec 2016
Description: The project composed of design and construction of new facilities to support the operation of the Typhoon Training Squadron and the Operational Squadron at King Fahad Airbase in Taif, Saudi Arabia. Some of the new facilities are listed below:

Project: ADNOC Underground Carpark
Duration: Oct 2011 - Jan 2015
Description: The project was an Underground Car Park of Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) New Corporate Headquaters in Abu Dhabi, UAE. It has 3 underground levels with 21, 767 sq.m. each level with a capacity of 1620 parking spaces. It has 3 elevators and a moving walkway.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Determine the concept, wall finish, ceiling design, lighting materials, flooring, furniture and other details preferred by the client.
2. Prepared sketches of interior design
3. Prepared Floor Plan, Ceiling Layout, Wall Design using AutoCAD
4. Produced detail drawings as required by contractor
5. Created interior scenes using 3ds Max 2010
6. Rendered interior scenes in 3ds max
7. Prepared other interior design scenes as options for the client
8. Enhanced post rendered images using Photoshop

Project: Renovation of Petrokemya Administration Building
Duration: Jan 2009 - Aug 2010
Description: The project includes renovation and interior design of Administration Building of Petrokemya in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The Building has 2 levels and the renovation were done in different phases. Floor finishing were replaced including internal partitions. New false ceiling were installed including lighting fixtures. A new sets of furniture were also provided.

3. Taught Architectural Drafting Subject which is required in making a complete building plan. This includes Floor Planning, Landscaping, Roof Framing Plan, Elevation and Sectional Views, Perspective Drawing, Detailing of major parts of the building, Electrical and Mechanical Drawings.
4. Taught Technical Drawings 1 & 2 which includes basic drawing concepts
5. Taught Commercial Drafting Subject which includes signboard and streamer lettering, charcoal drawing, canvass painting, T-shirt printing and other commercial drafting jobs.
