Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the monitoring the safe operation of the pool and beach activities
• Ensures the cleanliness and water quality of the pool and beach, reporting any unsafe conditions and maintenance issues required
• Respond to emergencies, provide assistance in first aid and assist guests who have difficulties in and around the pool and beach area
• ensuring that all members and guests follow the safety procedure and rules and regulation of the pool and beach in a professional manner
• Report immediately any guests feedback comments or complaints to the department head
• Participate in a regular training's and ensure skills are maintained at a “test ready” at all times

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Instructs learners about the basics of swimming
• Provides special guidance about the different swimming strokes and styles
• Ensure that all health and safety regulations are maintained in the swimming pool area
• Prepares the swimming pool protocol and ensuring that the rules and regulations are strictly followed during the training process
• Supervises the cleaning practices at the swimming tank
• Performs the tasks of a safeguard and helping swimmers in case of any mishap
• Conducts special coaching programs during summer vacations

Duties and Responsibility:
• Directs supervision and safety of all individuals using the swimming pool and smooth operation of all activities on the grounds of the pool
• Provide direct supervision and maintain safety standards during recreational and fitness swim
• Administer first aid when needed
• Proper maintenance of the pool and surrounding wet areas
• Maintain a safe and secure area by maintaining and enforcing facility rules, policies, and procedure
• Provide excellent customer service to all pool patrons by exemplifying a positive attitude and exceeding the needs of patrons
• Actively participate in obtaining further water safety certifications
• Attend monthly staff meetings and in-service training
