• Responsible to control and monitor project total expenditure including verifying and checking of invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded.
• Provide planning and cost controlling support for all projects which includes variation reporting, monitoring of milestone progress to the preparation of customer billing processes, etc.
• Perform and manage project activity scheduling and monitoring.
• Perform technical and commercial review of EPIC tenders (subcontractor’s quotations) for the preparation of Service Agreements.
• Ensure effective project implementation and utilize productive reports from the creation of WBS with the use of project management system to monitor the status of all purchases, invoicing and delivery up to the closure of the project.
• Prepare monthly vessel movement report for the monitoring of the vessel activities on a daily basis and register all downtime, consumptions and vessel related issues relating to the project promptly to the project manager and management.
• Coordinate and work with the project management team to resolve project issues to ensure the delivery/completion of the project work.
• Attend project meetings and discussions with the PMT and external clients.
• Perform project costing related reporting to the team and management’s review on a monthly basis to ensure that expenditures are kept within the project budget.
• Provide cost control and planning advice to the internal PMT team as and when required.
• Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as required.

• Responsible for the preparation & submission of the Technical & Commercial Proposal of projects being tendered by the company.
• Responsible for the preparation & submission of all Company Pre-qualification.
• Preparing required technical documents such as Project Financial Plan, Welfare Adherence Plan, Method Statements, Project Quality Plan, Construction Environment Management Plan, Sustainability Plan, Risk Management Plan and other required documents by the client.
• Company Representative during Mid-Tender Meetings & Site Visits.
• Meet & greet of possible Joint Venture Partners and is the focal point of any joint venture platform.
• Provides support to Project Management Team (PMT) during post award of projects if not part of PMT for that particular awarded project.
• Responsible for the preparation of the Level 2 Execution Programme of projects being tendered by the company.
• Responsible for the preparation of the Progress ‘S’ Curve, Resource Histogram, Manpower & Equipment Deployment Schedule of the projects being tendered by the company.
• Provides cost estimates/analysis and unit pricing of the Bill of Quantities on projects being tendered by the company.
• Prepares and send RFQ to preferred suppliers/subcontractors, including liaising and coordinating with the successful suppliers/subcontractors during tender stage until award of Contract.
• Responsible for responding to all of client’s clarification on the submitted tender.
• Review and assess all Execution Programme being submitted by all successful subcontractors.
• Review and provide vital inputs in the preparation of all Recovery Plan of all projects.
• Provides vital information to support management decision on relevant issues.
• In constant communication with the General Manager and Deputy General Manager with regards to tender issues.
• Provides other task being given by the higher management.
• Responsible for the submission and approval of the Planning Package for the project.
• Developing and maintaining multi-level Execution Programme for the allocated project phases & supporting the construction team.
• Developing & submitting weekly and monthly reports & identifying critical paths, total floats, including risks/contingencies in schedules. Analyzing the planned versus actual.
• In constant communication and coordination with Senior Project Manager, Lead Projects Engineers & other project key personnel in updating, validating, analyzing and optimizing the individual part of the project plan.
• Planning and tracking all reviews and audits as part of the project assurance plan and improve feasible planning process and close review actions.
• Providing support on progress reporting at all levels.
• Attending weekly & monthly Progress Meeting, Technical Meeting, and Construction Meeting & Design Meeting.
• Analyzing various factors concerning the construction works, including the process for completing the construction works every step of the way and revising of recovery milestone schedules such as engineering, procurement, construction & commissioning in some cases.
• Responsible for the preparation and approval of Monthly Invoices, ensuring that invoices are back-up with the correct & client approved progress measurement system.
• Providing support analysis to the higher management, particularly to the Area Manager & Senior Project Manager, regarding relevant issues pertaining to the project in order to guide them in their decisions.
• Submit Payment Status Report & Cash Flow Forecast.
• In constant communication and coordination with Subcontractors & the client’s Lead Project Engineer & Senior Planning Engineer.
• Conducts site visits, site monitoring, and site inspection on a daily basis to ensure that the actual work being done at site is in accordance with the schedule & project specification.
• Monitor, review & analyze Document Status Register, Procurement Status Register, Design Document Monitoring Report and Material Submittal Registry.
• Responsible for the submission and approval of the Project Close-out Report.

• Responsible for the effective management, monitoring & control of the planning programme for both production & installation.
• Responsible for providing material requirement analysis of each project and submit to the Procurement Division to ensure that all materials (correct item & quantity) required to complete the project are available upon request.

• Conducts random inspection of the production & of the site to ensure that everything is in-line with the Quality Policy of the company.
