Producing a magazine in a monthly basis, where we highlight fashion, beauty, health, decor and people. In these sections I coordinate mostly from beauty to people.
•Provides support to the Editor and Managing Editorial Director.
•Writes articles for health, people and beauty sections of the magazine.
• Doing interviews for people section of the magazine.
• Organizes group meetings for our monthly theme and contents.
• Coordinates/organizes other articles to be added in the magazine, making sure that contributors are sending their articles on time and base on the theme of the month.
• Directs the photographer for the theme of the article.
• Reviewing the entire magazine before going to print.
• Uploads Press releases in our Facebook account.
• First point of contact for advertorial for clients of the magazine.
• Maintains the general filing system and files all correspondence
• Performs other related duties as required by the Editor.
• Arranges meeting for partnership deals. Responsible in closing agreement with the possible partners.
• Prepares Memorandum of Agreement to be sent to the partners.
• Coordinates with the rest of the team to get update regarding the project and reports back to the project manager.
• Arranges licenses for the exhibition.
• Collaborates with international service providers to make sure the project demands will be met.
• Arranges visa for international service providers.
• Prepare plans for small projects and executing it as assigned by the project manager.
Arrange meetings for staff.
Regular liaison with the country director on all project-related matters.
Collaborate closely with the regional office and head office personnel.
Ensuring the effective preparation and delivery of all project events and meetings and production of all necessary documentation.
Taking responsibility for the effective flow of information between team members, participants in project activities and the director.
Providing supervision and support to the project leaders, advertising and editorial staffs.
Coordinating with the driver at the end of each day the locations of the meetings for the next day.
Performing any related duty that may be assigned by the country director.
Collecting of artwork and updating the artwork collection chart weekly.
Sending invoices (soft copy and hard copy).
Organizing the deliveries of book, internationally and locally.
