Ensure the performance of a multi-site IT park (Jacobs Douwe Egberts - Signify Philips - Capgemini - Ferrero -Leopharma...) Made up of 200 PCs, 50 printers, 7 physical servers, 140 virtual servers, and 20 routers
• Diagnose and resolve computer network, hardware and software problems
• Set up and administer a network of computers and databases containing information on production, users and customers
•
• Write and update technical reminders intended for users and internal procedures related to IT activity
• Train and assist 90 users on the use of company software
• Cable the network, configure workstations, printers, landline and mobile phone
• Install and configure operating systems (via USB / PXE / MDT ) and manage user accounts (creation, deletion, update)
• Diagnose and resolve Internet and network connectivity issues between domains and take appropriate action to restore service; contact the Internet service provider if necessary
• Install and configure firewalls and antivirus, as well as Cloud-based security solutions, blocking almost all attacks
• Perform diagnostics on SITE & remotely and monitor over 800 user tickets on GEPARD and SERVICE NOW.
