TI fitouts ranging from 60, 000SFT to 200KSFT, Expertise include Retrofit
and Services relocation projects.
Whilst working on a capital construction project, provided Project
Management support to work with Lead team of MCFT (Mission Critical
Facilities Team) for delivering High Density Tier 3 Data Center, Bangalore.
Being Mission Critical facility, emphasis was on Level-5 Testing and
Commissioning.
Acquired excellent knowledge of design, planning, execution combined with
management skills. Demonstrated capabilities in working detailed project
planning, design coordination, project estimates, activity scheduling,
execution, procurement, billing verifications and project monitoring.
Have proven strengths in striking close coordination with different functional
areas and external agencies for bottleneck free operations with a successful
track record of executing projects within planned time frame and allocated
cost.
Experience in managing vendor relationships and understanding of standard
practices in the design and construction industry, including knowledge of
fast-track design build process and associated documents and contracts.
