 Manage the day-to-day activities of the Director General; maintain document filing system.
 Liaise with external partners such as the World Bank and the European Union as well as contractors and consultants on various road projects, financing and other matters;
 Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls as well as schedule project site visits;
 Prepare and write correspondence letters, memos, meeting minutes, reports and presentations;
 Handle supplier’s bids for different construction service & supplies during tender opening.
