● Email Filter and Security implementation and SMTP mail relay configuration
● NMS implementation; monitoring the entire Servers in addition to the network equipments
● Active Directory overhaul: Adding additional Domain Controllers, replication configuration, Secondary DNS, DHCP, Print Server implementation and configuration

● Manage the NOC Team, Systems and Telephony Team and the Media and Broadcast team
● Develop the operation and maintenance procedures to streamline the operation

● Backup Infrastructure Overhaul: tape libraries configuration, Data Protector Installation and backup optimization
● Planned a global unified backup policy and implemented it (around 70 servers)
● Lead the Hardware Planning and Implementation of the company New Billing System
● Managed the SAN integration & hardware related tasks as part of the BTS Swap out project
● Upgraded the SAN and Backup infrastructure to accommodate 400K additional subscribers

● Administer and maintain the VMS platform running the Billing servers
● Maintain the Storage and backup infrastructure
● Responsible of the Data Center, including Power and Network cabling
● Backup the UNIX Systems Administrator (Solaris, HP-UX)

● Prepare RFP and technical evaluations
● Administer and support Windows environment servers and desktops
● Administer and Implement Local Networks: Windows 2000, 2003, Active Directory with ISA and Exchange Server 2000 & 2003
● Setup and daily management of the Help Desk
● Solve all kind of IT problems in the head office & in the plant including network, hardware, servers and desktop applications problems
