Answer customer queries regarding furniture products.
Coordinate with sales team to establish selling strategies and deals.

Develop action plans to achieve sales objectives.

Provide outstanding customer services before and after the sale.

Assist customers and provide the item required. Help customers who are experiencing difficulties with the product/s purchased in a timely and professional manner.
Manage inventory and creating job orders.
Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
•Ensures availability of merchandise and services by approving contracts; maintaining inventories.
•Secures merchandise by implementing security systems and measures.
•Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.

•Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
•Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
•Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
•Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
•Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
•Maintaining the highest standards on making sales.
Planning product ranges and preparing sales and stock plans in conjunction with buyers.
•Working closely with visual-display staff and department heads to decide how goods should be displayed to maximize sales.
•Using specialist computer software, for example to handle sales statistics, produce sales projections and present spreadsheets and graphs.
•Analyzing every aspect of bestsellers (for example, the bestselling price points, colors or styles) and ensuring that they reach their full potential.
