Duties and Responsibilities:
1) Review the Master Plan and Schedule of the Project Quality plan for all areas covered for Building services and
Infrastructure.
2) Review all Mechanical Works Schedule based on the Contract Duration step by step from zero to finish.
3) Assuring that submitted IFC and Tender Design Drawing, Material Samples and Equipments are in accordance with
Contract documents and specifications.
4) Performing value engineering to perform value engineering studies and analysis.
5) Review Mechanical Engineering tender documents submittals for the Design drawing, Bill of Quantity &
Specifications.
6) Responsible for Project management & control of manpower in completing works of the Supervision Consultant.
7) Responsible for Submission Monthly Status Report (Mechanical)-Shop Drawing and Construction Materials.
8) Responsible to oversee all materials & equipments delivered at site with (MRI) documents from Supervision
Consultant.
a) Materials & equipments delivered and received/accepted without damage and correct based on
Specifications for quality and quantity.
9) Responsible to oversee that all materials and plans are timely delivered on site in order, to avoid delay
in completion of its Mechanical works.
10) Performing monitoring phase of quality control of work as per standards, specification and based on
Design Drawing details supported with RFI or CRI documents.
11) Keep on recording and file approved, re-submitted and rejected Shop Drawings & Materials.
12) Ensuring that Supervision Consultant Personnel work forces are competent professional & skilled.
13) Ensuring that the works are done in compliance with the project specification, complying as per applicable
Standard Code and Clients requirements.
14) Continuous periodic Project Management field supervision of all works with full documentation of
Mechanical construction and daily status quality assessment.
15) Establishing documents filing procedures for project drawings/specifications/bill of quantity and
revision to the same shop drawings site instructions, samples, correspondence, forms and reports to PD.
16) Establishing, attending and managing site meetings (For Mechanical & Project Management).
17) Review & Compare of actual progress with the originally planned as approved schedule.
18) Provides technical assistance for Project development through work, execution and strategic plans.
19) Conduct evaluation of All MEP Contractors and Materials to be performed and installed at site.
20) Conduct evaluation and coordination of All MEP Site Activities following as per approved Design Drawing,
Specifications and all Standard Code and Practice.
21) Conduct coordination and progress status with regards to the performance of Supervision Consultant and MEP
Contractor.
22) Perform other task assigned by project management from time to time.
