• Scheduling and planning activities as per contract requirements.
• Translate the project scope of work into activities and prepare and update project progress.
• Prepare and update project schedule based on the contract.
• Monitor critical activities based on the project schedule and advise project management.
• Prepare and submit updated work program and cash flow curve showing actual progress and identify areas of weakness and establishes means and methods for recovery, if any, as well as new critical activities.
•Monitor day to day work progress and prepare the weekly and monthly program and report.
•Maintain and record update of site work progress obtained from Project Manager.
• Participate in project meetings and discussions with the Client as required.
• Assist in preparing work program, cash flow and manpower histogram for tenders.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
• Control project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions
• Control project costs by approving expenditures; administering contractor contracts.
• Scheduling and planning activities as per contract requirements.
• Maintain project data base by writing computer programs; entering and backing up data
• Attend progress meeting and subcontractor meetings.
Designing Offshore containers and associated lifting sets-Responsible for designing, detailing and drawing the the projects with AutoCAD and SAP2000 and sometimes Revit structures .
Booking, canceling and arranging complete packages for Canadian tourists around the world .
