Responsibilities:
Be the focal point for all case management activities.
Coach, supervise, support, empower and guide the case workers.
Conduct individual sessions regularly with the case workers to monitor assessment, need’s identification, action plans, follow up and services provided to the beneficiaries.
Ensure accurate documentation by thoroughly reviewing forms, weekly and monthly reports.
Providing personalized psychological support and therapy to clients, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and facilitating therapeutic interventions.

Shadow teacher - Supported children with autism in developing interpersonal skills and promoting adherence to social rules.
