Team Leader
• Organizes work of the team, assigns tasks, sets short-term priorities, monitors all activities and ensures timely and accurate completion of work
• Provides input and support in resolving queries
• Responsible for handling and coordinating work for the Financial Reporting team
• Ensures that the team/divisions goals for accuracy and timeliness are maintained
• Plans and manages the team workflow to accomplish critical tasks on time

Technical Coordinator
• Preparing the Financial Statements, Reports & Accounts which go to clients & shareholders
• Completing an end to end process for financial reporting.
• As a Technical Coordinator, have shared knowledge with other team members.
• Conducted training for New Joinees.
• Processing of Journal Logs with the Net Asset Value team (NAV)
• Undertaking Tax review, to assist partners in home country
• Completion of ALPHA tax for Final XD Funds
• Coordinate with trustees and external auditors
• Frequent usage of Databases like Enterprise, Bloomberg, IDS etc.
• Coordination with teams in London on a daily basis
• Have worked on Solvency Statements, and closing accounts
• Helped clients transition (incoming and outgoing)
• Provides SLA’s given by clients
• Instructing transfer agency on dividend payments for Funds
